No One Runs Alone.

No One Runs Alone.

RNBDY is building a new way to run—where your people show up with you, even when they can’t be there in person.

RNBDY Started on

RNBDY Started on Mile 8.

In 2015, I ran my first half marathon.

There were thousands of people lining the streets.

Families cheering.

Signs everywhere — handwritten names, words of encouragement.

And I had never felt more alone.

That’s when the idea hit:

What if your friends and family could “show up” for you — right in your headphones — exactly when you needed them most?

Because running isn’t just physical.

  • That’s the idea behind the RNBDY app.
  • You add your race date.
  • Share a link.
  • Your friends and family choose a mile to cheer you on — and record their message.
  • During the run, at that exact moment, their support comes through your headphones.

The app is just the start.

The bigger vision?
RNBDY communities in cities everywhere -training together, racing together, celebrating together.

And a YouTube channel documenting the journey.

Every week we explore the running life — shoes, gear, race-day nutrition, recovery, travel, cold plunges, coffee, and everything in between.

Everyone needs a buddy.

Help Someone Not Run Alone.

RNBDY is currently in early development. If this idea resonates with you—you can support it.

  • Buy a cheer.
  • Grab some gear.
  • Join the waitlist.
  • Every bit helps our earliest testers.

Along the way, we’re going to be exploring all things RNBDY on our YouTube channel.

Each week we’ll dive into every part of running and the running life — shoes, wearables, what to eat on race day, best hotels, whether stretching really matters, recovery (massage, cold plunge), socks, how coffee affects running, and so much more.
